Overdue payments and stop service

At Waster we are flexible with customers who pay slightly late.

As a bad debt control - we place overdue accounts on stop service - where no more collections can be performed until overdue accounts have been cleared.

Customers are provided with clear communication in advance of being placed on "stop service".

Very overdue accounts will be passed to third party debt collection.
